About NFESD:
The National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development (NFESD) is a Yemeni civil, non-governmental, non-profit organization that was established in Yemen in 2021. The forum is working in areas related to the environment, sustainable development in Yemen.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Create visually appealing designs for various projects, including logos, marketing materials (brochures, flyers), social media graphics, website graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Brand Identity: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand design needs, receive feedback, and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
- File Preparation: Prepare design files for both print and digital use, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Design Software: Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) to create and edit designs.
- Version Control: Manage and organize design files, ensuring proper version control.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs for both print and digital media.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and style guides.
